Where is my voucher ?
Once purchased, your voucher will become available through your L’ETOILE UNIVERSAL account after the offer has ended.
If you have any issues with retrieving your vouchers, and your offer HAS ended, please to not hesitate to contact us and we will sort the issue out immediately.
My voucher has expired! Can I still use it or get a refund ?
We’re sorry you didn’t get around to using your voucher before it expired! Unfortunately we cannot refund vouchers. As to whether you can still use it, that is completely up to the individual businesses and their policies. If you contact them they will let you know what they can do.
